We have a Pet Tolerant sensor capable of protecting homes effectively where there are pets roaming around indoors, and this has now proved to be so popular that it has become one of our top selling products.
Visonic continue to lead the way with their range of Pet Tolerant PIR's (Passive InfraRred). The NEXT K9-85 and Discovery K9-80 are designed to be compatible with most hardwired control panels.
A key benefit of Visonic's technology is the product's ability to provide pet tolerance above heights of 1 metre which enables the system to deal effectively with cats who do not necessary stay 'glued' to the floor. The tolerance to pets is measured in weight and above 1-metre the product range can offer 40lb of tolerance.
The product set also offers wireless options provided in Visonic's MCW range used with its PowerCode and PowerMax suite of products. All products in the range are compliant to EN50131-1 Grade 2, Class
